Everything was simply good. It was a nicely decorated hotel in a commercial area, really close to the town centre by Grab or tuk tuk, and shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, banks, Hypermarts, bus stations. The local staff was very very helpful. The location was strategic and comfy - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, Clock Tower was 1 mile away from the venue👌

Location: the hotel was close to mall and street, and centre of hatyai. A lot of restaurants to eat close by, like Ama Dim Sum that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Breakfast with gluten-free options and a pleasant dining area. Helpful and English-speaking staff throughout the hotel. Incredible customer service that goes above and beyond. Amazing room amenities including a spacious bath tub. Friendly and English/Chinese-speaking staff. Impeccable housekeeping and thoughtful gestures like providing towels at the pool. a highly recommended hotel that offers GREAT value for money.

I had such wonderful days staying at this hip new hotel. Immaculately clean property, greatly enjoyed to be very close to the main shopping area where there are two markets and a huge shopping mall thanks to strategic and comfortable location.

The Monkham Village Hat Yai was a hidden gem with modern and traditional Thai-style rooms, a beautiful pool with a swim-up bar, and a extensive breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and welcoming with excellent service. The hotel had fast and free wifi, a nice pool, and convenient amenities like international power sockets and practical flip flops. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view from the balcony.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Monkham Village. The hotel had a unique Thai village concept with beautiful architectural details and wooden decorations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The pool access rooms were a fantastic feature, allowing me and my girlfriend to enjoy a romantic atmosphere. The restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, and the tables by the pool added to the overall ambiance. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom was large and had a luxurious bathtub. The hotel's location, though slightly isolated, was still convenient, with easy access to restaurants and bars. It was a quiet and secluded retreat that exceeded all my expectations.

The breakfast was not enjoyable due to the noisy atmosphere caused by guests playing and splashing in the pool nearby, as well as a loud radio.

We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing hospitality and friendliness of the hotel staff. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a big pool and restaurant with delicious food at reasonable prices. We also loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with balconies and beautiful views of the pool. The location was great, with easy access to nearby open bars, live music and other attractions in the city.

This hotel was an amazing find! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a peaceful oasis with comfortable beds and great facilities. The pool was breathtaking and the free breakfast was a great addition. The hotel was close to the main shopping area and a short taxi ride away from other tourist attractions. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to have a relaxing and comfortable stay in the city.

The limited shuttle service. While it was easy to get a ride to attractions, returning to the hotel proved to be more difficult.

My family and I recently stayed at Monkham Village for three nights during our vacation. The facilities were fantastic, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It would be even better if the jacuzzi could be open upon request. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub was a great bonus. The hotel's design added a touch of Northern Thai flair, and the breakfast area by the pool was a charming and delightful spot. The staff were friendly and always had a smile, making us feel welcomed. We were also grateful for their quick thinking and assistance when they saw us stranded in the rain and provided us with umbrellas. I highly recommend this hotel.
